Work and Study permit in Canada to be sent by mail to Immigrants certified by IRCC.

The Immigration Department will check that the name of the employer on the Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) or LMIA exemption proposal matches the name provided in the application submitted by the candidate. They will likewise search for any worries or case notes entered after the approval was issued.

Authorities may contact the employer to verify the work offer. They may likewise contact the candidate for a meeting if they think it is important.

Authorities will check open-source information to verify the employer. If the permit is refused due to any reason, it should be followed up with a procedural process.

If work or study permit has been denied, authorities should send a note indicating why they reached a negative decision based on the application. They should also advise the candidate to leave Canada when their status expires or suggest further steps if the immigrant is out of status.

Candidates whose permits have been approved will receive their documents by mail and will eventually be able to work or study in Canada.
