All the student candidates will be able to join a separate biometrics appointment queue at visa application centers (VACs) across India starting on July 30. Please schedule an appointment right away.
Students who have previously scheduled a biometrics appointment must cancel it in order to schedule an earlier appointment utilizing this special queue on the Appointment Management System (AMS).
Only study permits, short-term study, and returning students are eligible for the superiority service. All other candidates scheduled in the student-only queue on the AMS will have their appointments canceled by VFS.
Previously, passport submission service through a 2-way courier began for all categories from July 19, 2021. Clients who have received a letter requesting a passport must complete the passport submission webform. It is completely prohibited to submit a passport to a Visa Application Centre in person.
It is warned that after their passport is handed to the High Commission, it may take up to 14 days for it to be returned to the candidate.
